Application Solution Architect

Description

• As an ASM Solution Architect in our Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in driving pre-sales support, offering your expertise in architecting robust and innovative solutions.
• Your role will encompass collaborating with clients to craft tailored Application Managed Services (AMS) solutions, estimating project scope and costs, and presenting these solutions in global customer meetings.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide expert application solution architecture for pre-sales activities, including RFI, RFP, and proactive proposals.
• Leverage your knowledge of technology stacks for custom applications to architect sustainable and scalable solutions that meet client needs.
• Lead in-person customer meetings across different geographical locations, presenting and articulating application solutions effectively.
• Participate in transition planning, ensuring a seamless handover from pre-sales to execution.
• Analyze application portfolios and assess their alignment with proposed solutions.
• Develop accurate cost estimations and pricing models for Application Managed Services (AMS) solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery and operations, to ensure smooth project execution.
Essential Skills:
• Proficiency in application solution architecture, particularly within the realm of Application Managed Services (AMS).
• Strong understanding of technology stacks for custom/bespoke applications.
• Experience with ITIL processes and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead customer-facing meetings and presentations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and internal teams.
• Proven experience in transition planning, pre-sales activities, and application portfolio analysis.
Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in a similar role, including application solution architecture and pre-sales support.
• Relevant certifications in solution architecture, ITIL, or related areas (., TOGAF) is a plus.
• Experience in creating and delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
