Description

R3 Consultant is seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will specialize in outbound calls, lead generation, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a target-focused mindset, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and accurate CRM records.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to generate and qualify leads.
  • Execute targeted telesales campaigns to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Engage prospects with clear, persuasive communication to explain services, uncover needs, and overcome objections.
  • Document call outcomes, lead information, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for field sales or account managers as appropriate.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture leads through the sales pipeline until conversion or disqualification.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize scripts, calling lists, and lead-generation strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting on call activity, lead quality, pipeline status, and forecasted conversions.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous telephone manner and represent R3 Consultant's brand effectively.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or inside sales, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience using CRM systems for lead management and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and tracking.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
