TA Partner
Job Description
As a TA Partner, you will manage full lifecycle recruiting across India, covering permanent, temporary, and contingent roles. You will ensure timely delivery in line with established SLAs and performance metrics, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HRBPs, and HR Operations colleagues.
In this role, you will also play a key part in supporting the realization of our future-state roadmap, contributing to the evolution of our talent acquisition strategy, processes, and capabilities.
What will you do ?
- Own end-to-end recruitment across India — from intake and strategy meetings to offer and contract management
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and define effective sourcing strategies
- Manage external recruitment vendors, ensuring performance, compliance, and alignment with procurement policies
- Source and attract top talent through diverse and innovative channels, with a focus on hard-to-reach candidates
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on hiring best practices, market insights, and TA tools
- Leverage data and market intelligence to guide decisions and improve hiring outcomes
- Build and nurture external pipelines through universities, alumni networks, and diversity partnerships
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and transparency
- Champion the local Employee Referral Program
- Strengthen and promote our employer brand to attract top talent
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment laws throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and timely data in TA systems and reporting tools
- Contribute to TA and broader HR projects as we evolve our function
- Expertise with managing staffing vendors is highly valued.
- Expert user of tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems or Workday is highly valued.

What do we look for?
Education: Bachelor’s degree is a must.
Experience: At least 5 years recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings, or a combination within the engineering and/or manufacturing multinational background.
Language: English bilingual language skills are a must.
