TA Coordinator- GCC - CTC Upto 20 LPA

This role will coordinate recruitment activity with external partners, support the development of compensation proposals, maintain strong delivery momentum, and ensure high-quality recruitment data management

Job Requirements:-

• Lead end-to-end recruitment coordination for the India GCC
• Manage and coordinate external recruitment partners (RPOs/agencies), ensuring service delivery and performance standards
• Develop and draft compensation proposals in for approval by business stakeholders
• Drive recruitment momentum, ensuring roles progress efficiently through pipelines to meet delivery timelines
• Monitor and track recruitment activity, ensuring visibility of hiring progress and risks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, dashboards, and reporting
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase speed and efficiency
• Ensure consistent processes and governance across recruitment activities managed via the GCC
• Support high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints

Mandatory (critical for the role)

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition within a GCC/shared services model
• Proven experience managing high- volume/project-based hiring
• Experience managing external vendors/RPO providers
• Experience in compensation proposal development
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and data reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
