Position: Senior HR Manager
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Industry: Textile / Spinning Mill

Qualification: MBA – Human Resources / MSW / Equivalent HR Qualification
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager with strong exposure to the Spinning Mill / Textile Manufacturing industry. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the entire HR function, managing a large workforce, ensuring statutory compliance, driving employee engagement, and supporting business growth through effective people management practices.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Talent Management
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, employee engagement, and retention.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
Handle workforce planning and manpower budgeting for the mill operations.
Labour & Industrial Relations
Manage large labour-intensive workforce effectively.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Maintain healthy industrial relations and ensure a positive work environment.
Liaise with labour authorities and government departments as required.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory regulations including PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factories Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable laws.
Conduct regular compliance audits and maintain statutory records.
Payroll & Administration
Oversee payroll processing and attendance management systems.
Monitor contract labour management and vendor compliance.
Coordinate employee welfare initiatives and administrative activities.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs and implement skill development programs.
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare and present HR MIS reports to management.
Analyze workforce trends and recommend strategic interventions.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of HR experience , preferably in Spinning Mill / Textile Manufacturing Industry.
Proven experience in managing a large workforce and labour-intensive operations.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
Experience handling end-to-end HR functions independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work closely with plant operations and senior management teams.
