Sales Specialist
Job Description
Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our billing app solutions. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. Candidate Requirements 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong passion for sales and achieving targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in Tamil, Marathi, Malayalam, or Kannada will be a strong advantage.
Multilingual candidates will be preferred. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills Experience in SaaS, software, fintech, or app-based product sales is a plus. Ability to understand and explain technology products to customers. Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
