Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telecaller Executives to identify, engage, and onboard warehouse owners onto the Khulja Sim Sim platform. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build relationships with property owners and logistics stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Make outbound calls to warehouse owners, landowners, industrial property owners, and logistics operators.

• Introduce the Khulja Sim Sim platform and explain its benefits.

• Generate interest and schedule follow-up discussions.

Lead Qualification

• Collect property details including:

%E6; Total area available

%E6; Storage type

%E6; Infrastructure facilities

%E6; Availability status

%E6; Expected lease/rental rates

• Verify ownership and operational status.

Warehouse Onboarding

• Assist warehouse owners with platform registration.

• Coordinate collection of required documents and photographs.

• Ensure successful completion of the onboarding process.

CRM & Reporting

• Update customer interactions in CRM.

• Maintain daily call records and lead status updates.

• Submit daily and weekly performance reports.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouse owners.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.

• Address basic customer queries and concerns.


Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Comfortable making 100–150 outbound calls per day.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).


Preferred

• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Real Estate, Logistics, BPO, or Customer Support.

• Understanding of warehouse leasing or industrial real estate.

• Familiarity with lead generation processes.


Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate

• MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory

• Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply

• Number of calls made per day

• Qualified warehouse leads generated

• Warehouse owners onboarded

• Monthly conversion rate

• Total warehouse area acquired on the platform

Monthly Incentives

• Qualified Warehouse Lead: ₹500

• Verified Warehouse Listing: ₹1,000

• Successful Warehouse Onboarding: ₹2,000

• Monthly Target Achievement Bonus: Up to ₹10,000
