For more information, click here\n\nPosition Overview:\nAnalyst III leads complex analytics activities and develops solutions for global business partners. Analyst III performs analysis of data to support global metrics, trend analysis and risk management planning. Responsibilities include collaboration with business quality team members in other regions to develop procedures and technical rationale documents in support of projects and procedural changes.\nAnalyst III must have the ability to lead various projects within the department and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
This role will analyze data and perform periodic complaint trend analysis. Analyst III will prepare and present Complaint Vigilance data to QA Management and cross functional business partners.\n\nWhat will you do:\nLeverage advanced data mining and predictive analytics techniques to identify emerging trends, anomalies, and potential complaint surges within global complaint vigilance systems, driving proactive risk mitigation and preemptive interventions.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with quality assurance, regulatory, engineering, and customer support teams to facilitate comprehensive complaint investigations, translate complex data insights into actionable compliance improvements, and ensure thorough root cause analysis and documentation.\nDesign and implement dynamic dashboards and data integration methods that visualize complaint trends in real-time by synthesizing diverse data sources, enhancing decision-making agility and creating a holistic view of product performance and customer feedback.\nPrepare and review data-driven responses related to adverse events and customer inquiries, supporting regulatory and reimbursement processes.\nCollaborate with relevant departments to implement, monitor, and continuously assess the effectiveness of corrective actions addressing severe or recurring product issues to prevent recurrence of complaints and improve product safety.\nChampion continuous improvement initiatives by proposing novel analytical frameworks and developing comprehensive trend reports that elevate complaint handling efficiency, accuracy, and inform ongoing enhancements.\nSupport the data analytics team on data discovery in data lake and data ingestions from the sources system.\nWork in partnership with system owners to understand the process and the data input in the data source.\nLead the data foundation strategy in data lake to guarantee the data availability and curation for the key quality data and additional data needed to support the data analytics strategy.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, life sciences, or related disciplines.\nMinimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably within a regulated industry or healthcare environment.\nMandatory High Level Language Proficiency (READ, WRITE & SPEAK) in English\nStrong computer literacy with the ability to efficiently use various applications and systems to manage data and reporting tasks.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.\nEffective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond to customer inquiries professionally.\nProficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python or R, coupled with expertise in SQL for complex data querying.\nDemonstrated ability to develop innovative data visualization tools using platforms like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively.\n\nDesired Qualifications\nProficiency in advanced data analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills in Excel (v-look up, h-look up, macros, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.\nExperience in analyzing syndicated data and generating actionable reports to support decision-making.\nStrong critical thinking skills with a proven track record of transforming raw data into strategic business intelligence.\nExcellent communication skills to articulate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global context.\nA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and applying cutting-edge analytical techniques to enhance complaint vigilance systems.\nSoftware Validation\nCertification will be added advantage\n\nWhat’s In It For You\nCompetitive Benefit Package\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!\nLearning & Development Opportunities\nEmployee Resource Groups\n\nKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
