.As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Frido in our stores. Your role goes beyond sales—you will create meaningful, ergonomic lifestyle experiences for customers, educate them about our products, and ensure they leave with both comfort solutions and a memorable impression of the brand

.Key Responsibilities

:

•Welcome and engage customers in a warm, consultative manner

.

•Understand customer needs and guide them to the right product through storytelling and demonstrations

.

•Represent Frido as a brand ambassador—professional, polished, and empathetic

.

•Maintain the ergonomic ambiance of the Experience Center through grooming, communication, and service excellence

.

•Conduct product demos and explain product benefits in a comfort & wellness-oriented way

.

•Handle queries and provide thoughtful, solution-driven assistance

.

•Support events, activations, and in-store experience-building activities

.

•Provide feedback on customer preferences to help improve the Frido experience

.What We’re Looking For

:• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

.• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality

.• Ability to connect with urban, health-conscious customers seeking ergonomic solutions

.• Curious, eager to learn, and adaptable

.• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, lifestyle, or customer-facing roles is preferred, but not mandatory
