Position: D365 CRM Technical Lead / Senior Developer

Experience: 9+ Years


Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) development and technical architecture.
  • Expertise in configuring and customizing D365 CE, including entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and business process flows.
  • Experience designing end-to-end scalable D365 CE solutions and recommending optimal approaches (Out-of-the-Box, Customization, or Integration).
  • Hands-on development experience with:
  • C#
  • Plugins
  • Custom Workflow Activities
  • JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Ribbon Customization
  • Web APIs

Power Platform & Dataverse

  • Strong experience with Dataverse:
  • Tables
  • Relationships
  • Calculated/Rollup Fields
  • Choices
  • Environment Variables
  • Build and maintain Model-Driven Apps.
  • Power Automate expertise:
  • Cloud Flows
  • Approval Workflows
  • Error Handling
  • Dataverse Triggers

Integration & Azure

  • Experience with Azure services:
  • Logic Apps
  • Azure Functions
  • Service Bus
  • Integration using REST/OData APIs and third-party applications.

ALM, DevOps & Governance

  • Environment strategy planning and implementation.
  • CI/CD pipeline management using Azure DevOps and/or Power Platform Pipelines.

  • Independently drive client discussions and provide technical leadership.
  • Mentor team members and own end-to-end delivery.
  • Experience in RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, POCs, demos, and client presentations.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Debugging, performance tuning, monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure best practices, governance, and delivery excellence across projects.
