Job Summary:

GCC Partnerships Manager

Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC)
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: Bangalore


Role Summary


The GCC Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving sell-through and strategic engagements across both existing GCC customers and upcoming/new GCCs entering India , positioning Rapyder as a long-term cloud services, operations, and transformation partner .

The role focuses on account expansion, new GCC onboarding, and annuity revenue growth , working closely with hyperscaler alliances and delivery teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Existing GCC Account Expansion

  • Own growth, renewals, and annuity expansion across current GCC engagements .
  • Build deep relationships with GCC Heads, CIOs, Cloud COEs, and platform leaders.
  • Expand Rapyder’s footprint across additional workloads, teams, and business units.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell of CloudOps, FinOps, Security, and Modernization services.

Upcoming & New GCC Acquisition

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new and upcoming GCCs setting up or expanding operations in India.
  • Build early-stage relationships and influence cloud and operating strategy from inception.
  • Convert early discussions into pilots, POCs, and long-term managed services engagements.

Sell-Through & Opportunity Management

  • Drive sell-through opportunities via hyperscalers and ISV partners.
  • Own opportunity lifecycle from discovery to closure with internal sales support.
  • Convert pilots into multi-year managed services and annuity contracts.

Internal Alignment & Account Health

  • Coordinate with Delivery and Operations for solution design, onboarding, and execution.
  • Ensure smooth post-sale handover and long-term account health.
  • Share GCC market insights and account intelligence with the COO.

Success Metrics

  • Revenue growth from existing GCC accounts
  • Number of new GCC logos onboarded
  • Conversion rate from pilot to long-term contracts
  • Expansion and renewal revenue
  • Referenceable GCC wins

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 6–15 years in GCC, enterprise sales, or managed services roles
  • Strong understanding of GCC operating models in India
  • Experience selling recurring cloud or managed services
  • Consultative, relationship-driven approach
