Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and manage all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquet spaces in a 5-star hospitality environment. The role is responsible for driving revenue, ensuring operational excellence, enhancing guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Monitor inventory, stock control, and vendor management.
2. Revenue & Cost Management
- Drive F&B revenue growth through strategic planning and promotions.
- Monitor food and beverage cost percentages.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
- Analyze sales reports and implement corrective actions to improve profitability.
3. Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Handle VIP guests and resolve escalations effectively.
- Maintain 5-star service protocols and hospitality standards.
4. Banquet & Event Management
- Manage banquet operations including weddings, corporate events, and conferences.
- Coordinate with sales and event teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure timely setup, service delivery, and guest satisfaction.
5. Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, mentor, and train F&B staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and regular training programs.
- Ensure staff grooming and discipline as per brand standards.
6. Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Maintain statutory and licensing compliance (FSSAI, excise, etc.).
- Implement SOPs and service quality checks.

Qualification & Experience
