Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and manage all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquet spaces in a 5-star hospitality environment. The role is responsible for driving revenue, ensuring operational excellence, enhancing guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.




Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Monitor inventory, stock control, and vendor management.

2. Revenue & Cost Management

  • Drive F&B revenue growth through strategic planning and promotions.
  • Monitor food and beverage cost percentages.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement corrective actions to improve profitability.

3. Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
  • Handle VIP guests and resolve escalations effectively.
  • Maintain 5-star service protocols and hospitality standards.

4. Banquet & Event Management

  • Manage banquet operations including weddings, corporate events, and conferences.
  • Coordinate with sales and event teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure timely setup, service delivery, and guest satisfaction.

5. Team Leadership & Training

  • Lead, mentor, and train F&B staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and regular training programs.
  • Ensure staff grooming and discipline as per brand standards.

6. Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Maintain statutory and licensing compliance (FSSAI, excise, etc.).
  • Implement SOPs and service quality checks.



Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B cost control and budgeting.
  • Experience in managing multi-outlet operations.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving ability.



Qualification & Experience

  • Degree Hotel Management or Hospitality.
  • 10+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
