Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining
- Understand job requirements and find suitable candidates through different channels
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage offer process, follow-ups, and ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain candidate data and ensure a good hiring experience
Desire Candidate :
- Candidates with 2–5 years of experience having strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
