ELV Commissioning Engineer

Job Description

• Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, and BMS.
  
• Perform system integration, configuration, and programming for ELV equipment.
  
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to ELV systems.
  
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure smooth execution of commissioning activities.
  
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  
• Prepare and maintain testing and commissioning reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
  
• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices during installation and commissioning.
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
  
• 5-7 years of experience in ELV commissioning, preferably in ICT/ELV/BMS/FAS domains.
  
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems, their configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.
  
• Experience in networking and system integration for ELV solutions.
  
• Proficiency in using testing and commissioning tools for ELV equipment.
  
• Understanding of international ELV standards and regulations.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Willingness to travel for site work when required.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or relevant AV/ELV background. 3–6 years of experience in AV commissioning or integration. Hands-on experience with Logitech, Cisco, Poly, Barco, Crestron, Kramer, or Extron systems. Knowledge of network and IP-based AV deployments. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Industry certifications (e.g. CTS, Crestron/Extron certifications) are a plus.
