Algo Trading Lead

Responsibilities: · Manage and support HNI algo traders by understanding and addressing their algo trading, execution, and infrastructure requirements · Cater to B2B partners and ecosystem participants focused on onboarding and servicing algo traders · Drive and manage partnerships with third-party algo trading platforms for API integrations, infrastructure setup, and hosting requirements · Manage external XTS RMS and related algo trading platforms, including requirement prioritization, implementation coordination, smooth deliverables, and operational stability · Coordinate with compliance and regulatory stakeholders for algo trading approvals, exchange compliance requirements, static IP whitelisting, in-house hosting setups, and related governance processes · Work closely with internal technology, product, and operations teams to enhance trading API offerings and backend infrastructure · Participate in feature planning, requirement gathering, UAT validation, production rollouts, and issue resolution · Ensure timely execution of ongoing developments and maintain strong coordination across internal and external stakeholders · Build and maintain strong relationships with trading partners, vendors, and key clients Mandatory Skills: · Strong understanding of capital markets, derivatives, options trading, and algo trading workflows · Experience working with Trading APIs, OMS/RMS platforms, and third-party algo ecosystems · Good understanding of exchange and compliance requirements related to algo trading infrastructure and approvals · Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman · Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills · Ability to independently drive projects and manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills: · Understanding of XTS RMS or similar trading RMS platforms · Basic knowledge of programming concepts and languages such as Python, Java, etc. · Experience working with infrastructure hosting, static IP management, or low-latency trading environments · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are passionate about building and scaling Trading API and Algo Trading ecosystems while working closely with traders, partners, and technology teams, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
