  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility in the FMCG sector.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for Cosmetics and Toiletries products to drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI on marketing activities.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve marketing goals in the Pune location.

    A successful Sr Marketing/Brand Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in the FMCG sector, particularly in Cosmetics and Toiletries.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and consumer behavior.
