- Creating impact in the BPC segment, working with the co-founder directly.
- Taking a Shark Tank featured & funded brand from 1 to 10 and 10 to 100
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility in the FMCG sector.
- Plan and execute campaigns for Cosmetics and Toiletries products to drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI on marketing activities.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve marketing goals in the Pune location.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in the FMCG sector, particularly in Cosmetics and Toiletries.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and campaign management.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and consumer behavior.
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
