Roles and Responsibilities

Experience & Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in offline/online channel sales at regional level.

Ability to manage and motivate and generate revenue from respective
channels/partners

Identify new channel partner, on-board, train and clearly their define success
path.

8+ years of total experience, at least 3+ years working in a similar role

Bachelors Degree or MBA preferredRole Contour: Channel partner management (expansion, evaluation,
onboarding, upskilling) to support Sales, distribution of existing and new
products across the country

Accountabilities:

Plan and execute the expansion of Distribution Network to enable Protean’s
presence in new geographies in the identified region including identification and
onboarding of new online channels

Leading distribution of all current and new products, reporting and performance
analysis of channel partners to enhance the productivity and achieve business
objectives.

Drive capability building of FCs to cross-sell multiple products in addition to PAN &
TIN

Work closely with internal stakeholders to augment the capacity and capability of the
current distribution network and also ensure channel compliance to laid out policies

Formulate and execute action plans around targeted business delivery specific to
different sectors and products

Grievance handling of current Or new channel partners
