Sales Manager Used Car Loan: Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth and achieve monthly/annual sales targets for used car loans.
  • Develop and manage relationships with used car dealers, brokers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential dealer and DSA partners.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
  • Monitor loan sourcing activities and ensure quality business acquisition.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC requirements.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop business strategies.
  • Review sales performance reports, MIS, and portfolio metrics regularly.
  • Resolve dealer and customer escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Conduct field visits to dealers and branches to strengthen business engagement.
  • Maintain portfolio quality by monitoring delinquency and supporting collection efforts when required.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotional activities, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and provide excellent service throughout the loan journey
