Job Description
Sales Manager Used Car Loan: Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and achieve monthly/annual sales targets for used car loans.
- Develop and manage relationships with used car dealers, brokers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential dealer and DSA partners.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Monitor loan sourcing activities and ensure quality business acquisition.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop business strategies.
- Review sales performance reports, MIS, and portfolio metrics regularly.
- Resolve dealer and customer escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Conduct field visits to dealers and branches to strengthen business engagement.
- Maintain portfolio quality by monitoring delinquency and supporting collection efforts when required.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotional activities, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and provide excellent service throughout the loan journey
