What You’ll Do:

• Support preparation of weekly and monthly business performance reports across functions, tracking key metrics vs plan
• Assist in variance analysis , highlighting key movements in revenue, costs, and margins
• Support month-end close activities , including:
• Preparation of revenue and cost provisions / accruals
• Tracking reversals and ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Perform data reconciliation across systems (dashboards, internal MIS)
• Identify discrepancies and work with stakeholders to resolve them
• Maintain clean, auditable datasets for reporting
• Coordinate with business, operations, and controllership teams to:
• Gather inputs for reporting and provisioning
• Ensure timelines and data accuracy
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes through data collation and basic analysis
• Support ad-hoc analysis and data requests from the business finance team

Who You Are:

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or financial analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (comfortable with large datasets and basic modeling)
• High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and hygiene
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts (e.g. accruals / revenue recognition)
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and follow through on data dependencies
• Structured thinking and ability to present data clearly
