Role Type: ANZ Mobile Lending – Lending Manager
As a Lending Manager within the ANZ Mobile Lending business you will provide a personalised lending service to customers to help them achieve what’s important to them, at their convenience visiting them, Anytime, Anywhere. Whether they want to buy their own home or build wealth with an investment property, the most rewarding part of our business is being able to help customers achieve their goals. You will be responsible for attracting new customers and building long term relationships with customers to ensure that ANZ is there to help every customer achieve their home ownership aspirations.
This opportunity will see you working directly for an ANZ Mobile Lending franchise. The franchises are independently operated of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. Your franchisee will provide you with mentorship and guidance. You’ll also enjoy the support of the Mobile Lending team who will provide you with ongoing opportunities to develop and reach your goals as a lender.
About You
• Have a strong customer focus, always putting the customer first
• Ability to establish a strong referral network
• Be financially savvy, with a keen attention to detail
• Be able to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
• Be an excellent communicator with outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ideally, you’ll possess home lending or retail banking experience or have experience working in a role with transferable skills
