Next Match AI LLC is seeking a highly analytical, strategic Finance Manager to lead our international financial operations, revenue compliance frameworks, and cross-border cash flow structures. As our AI-driven talent networks and secure Document Verification systems scale globally across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, maintaining rigorous accounting structures and strategic predictive reporting is paramount.

Operating completely remote from within India, you will serve as the principal financial anchor for our multi-currency operations. You will manage complex banking workflows, monitor SaaS unit economics, and ensure complete alignment across international audit trails, collaborating directly with our core leadership hub in Abu Dhabi .

• Global Revenue Orchestration: Oversee and reconcile multi-currency corporate subscription flows and cross-border payout pipelines (USD, CAD, AED, SAR).
• FP&A and Predictive Modeling: Build, maintain, and present sophisticated rolling forecasting models, analyzing critical SaaS growth metrics including MRR, CAC, LTV, and customer renewal profiles.
• Corporate Governance & Compliance: Lead regional and international tax planning, corporate filing prep, and statutory compliance protocols across distributed legal entities.
• Treasury & Gateway Management: Audit and optimize international merchant payment gateway systems, managing transaction fees, foreign exchange hedging, and payment dispute metrics.
• Executive Financial Advisory: Structure comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial dossiers, cash flow statements, and budget variance sheets to guide corporate scaling.

• Proven Financial Leadership: 5+ years of progressive professional experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, or Assistant Controller within a fast-paced global tech company, B2B SaaS platform, or MNC infrastructure.
• Strategic Accounting Mastery: Expert command over advanced corporate financial modeling, automated ERP software, and deep-dive spreadsheet environments (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets macros and data validation tools).
• Cross-Border Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of international tax frameworks, multi-currency accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and modern automated payment gateway mechanics.
• Frictionless Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; a flawless ability to translate technical financial metrics into clear commercial action steps for distributed leadership.
• Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce. Professional credentials such as a Chartered Accountant (CA) , ACCA , CMA , or CFA are highly preferred.
