Apprentice

Position Objective\n\nIf you are a recent graduate with a keen interest in branding, communications, and marketing, this role may be for you. We are looking for an Apprentice/Trainee to join our Corporate Communications team at the Halma India head office.\n\nThis role involves working closely with different stakeholders to develop content aligned with strategic priorities, manage key platforms, and support day-to-day communication operations. You will have plenty of opportunities to contribute meaningfully while developing new skills through hands-on learning.\n\nResponsibilities (KRAs / deliverables / job expectations)\nAssist in content development through research, analysis and coordination with stakeholders.\nDevelop engaging content on talent and hub initiatives for various internal and external platforms.\nCreate content for newsletters, the intranet, and internal social platforms, while collaborating with various teams to align messaging.\nSupport the execution of communication projects and initiatives, including newsletters, presentations, and other communication materials.\nPartner on communication plans, stakeholder coordination, and the execution of events and initiatives.\nContribute ideas to improve local communication channels and processes.\n\nKey attributes (critical functional competencies)\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail.\nStrong interest in branding, event management, and internal communications.\nProficiency in MS Office is required.
