Roles and Responsibilities
Portfolio retention
Responsibilities include:
Managing the retention of mortgage clients which includes client needs analysis, product suitability selection, rate negotiation, client objection handling, and identification of new cross-sell opportunities.
The candidate will run with target for retention and manage a team of - indirect reportees to ensure service requests are adhered on time and client servicing happens on time
Supporting all mortgage retention activities.
Examples include managing early renewal requests, transforming a client payout request into a sale, and completing blend and extend transactions.
Maintaining knowledge and awareness of all corporate mortgage policies and procedures.
Providing feedback to senior management to help identify enhancements that can improve overall retention metrics.
Assisting team members with problem resolution by providing and sharing information and experiences.
Measures of Success (Define the Outcomes expected of the role) Runs overall mortgage BT-out targets, and managing digital initiatives to improve overall customer retention.
