Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admin role based in Mumbai. The Admin professional will handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing files and documentation. Responsibilities include providing administrative and executive support, scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and assisting with logistics for programs and events. The role involves managing phone calls and visitor inquiries with professional phone etiquette and courteous communication. The Admin team member will also support data entry, basic reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the trust’s activities.


Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and clerical skills, including Administrative Assistance, Clerical Skills, and basic record management.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for handling calls, inquiries, and internal coordination professionally.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with digital documentation and data entry.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills in a busy office environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain a service-oriented, respectful approach to colleagues and beneficiaries.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role; experience in the nonprofit or education sector is an advantage.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of the program
  • Plan monthly resources and manage procurement
  • Coordinate logistics, distribution, and documentation
  • Maintain reports and ensure smooth execution
  • Entering data and communications & reporting
  • Vendor coordinations & donor relations

Qualification needed: Graduate, Fresher Preferred


Work Location: Vakola Santacruz (E), Mumbai - 400 055.

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Hybrid)

Work Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m

Work Culture: Flat Hierarchy with Casual Work Environment

Salary: 3L p.a
