Job Title: Procurement Specialist – Automotive Lubricants (Leadership Role)

We are a fast-growing B2B procurement and commerce platform serving the automotive industry. Our mission is to simplify sourcing, improve supply chain efficiency, and enable automotive businesses to access quality products at competitive prices. With a strong focus on lubricants, spare parts, and automotive consumables, we are building a technology-driven procurement ecosystem that connects retailers, workshops, fleet operators, and distributors across emerging markets. As we scale our operations across Bihar and Eastern Uttar Pradesh, we are looking for a highly capable Procurement Specialist to join our leadership team and help build a robust sourcing network.

This is not a traditional procurement role. This is one of the key leadership positions within the company.

The person joining will play a critical role in shaping our procurement strategy, building supplier relationships, improving margins, ensuring product availability, and driving the company's growth in one of the largest automotive aftermarket regions in India.

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for automotive lubricants and related categories.
• Build relationships with lubricant manufacturers, C&F agents, distributors, stockists, traders, and large wholesalers.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
• Ensure uninterrupted product availability across brands and SKUs.
• Monitor market pricing, supply trends, and competitor activities.
• Improve procurement efficiency, working capital utilization, and inventory planning.
• Drive vendor onboarding and performance management.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to achieve growth targets.
• Establish procurement SOPs, reporting systems, and category management practices.
• Travel extensively across Bihar and Eastern UP to strengthen supplier partnerships.

• 3–5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, distribution, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of the automotive lubricant ecosystem.
• Existing network of distributors, stockists, wholesalers, or lubricant companies is highly preferred.
• Experience dealing with brands such as HP, Castrol, Servo, Gulf, Veedol, Mobil, Valvoline, TotalEnergies, Shell, or similar players.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment.
