Role – QA Delivery Leader

Experience: Candidates with 20+ years of delivery experience. Should have a demonstrated track record of outstanding success leading cross-functional multisite delivery teams. Should have lead delivery spanning 1000+ HC and a $50 Mn+ business with experience in heading Testing practice.

We are looking for a leader with entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to execute seamlessly.

Responsibilities: -

• The QA Delivery Lead will ensure test ownership, management and drive across IT Services. QA Head will be conversant with SDLC methodologies, testing tools and techniques.
• Drive the long-term strategy for internal & external sustainability vision, help to achieve Coforge’ s business objectives by focusing on Process definition and governance, proactive monitoring of financials, engineering productivity and effective risk management with a single-minded focus on excellence in customer service delivery.
• Able to build internal policy goals, regular goals having clear measure and KPIs linked with company & sustainability vision, deployment of policy goal across the organization
• Identify department wise projects and review their progress across various forums. Update & Understand sustainability eco system within industry and global regulatory scenario and steer the business direction accordingly by driving sustainability culture across organization.
• Drafting and preparing reports, presentations and proposals required for project funding for various environmental initiatives & recommending it to the board of directors, and other key stakeholders.
