Job Description
- Only candidates with 10 to 15 years of experience to apply

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to legal and statutory obligations across the organization.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage external audits effectively.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry-specific regulations and ensure their implementation.
- Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
- Address and resolve compliance-related issues and concerns promptly.
- A degree in Law/CS
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations in the Retail industry.
- Proven ability to implement compliance frameworks effectively.
- Experience handling regulatory audits and liaising with authorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
