- Lead , mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team skilled in Power BI, PowerApps, SQL, PySpark, Microsoft Data Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps.
- Drive Agile delivery using JIRA, ensuring timely and impactful execution of analytics projects.
- Guides the team to design scalable and integrated analytics solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering to understand business processes and translate them into actionable insights.
- Promote the adoption of advanced analytics , predictive modelling, and data-driven decision -making across the organization.
- Communicate assertively and effectively with global teams, executives, and cross-functional partners.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, continuous improvement, and teamwork within the analytics function.
- Demonstrate situational leadership , adapting style to meet the needs of individuals and teams.
- Take full ownership of analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable impact
