Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team across demand generation, content, SEO, paid media, and marketing operations.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team. -
Demand Generation & Growth: Own the inbound marketing funnel and optimize conversion rates across channels.Drive campaigns leveraging SEO, content marketing, paid acquisition, email marketing, and social media.Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies to nurture leads effectively. -
Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.Use insights to refine strategies and deliver predictable pipeline growth. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.Influence product positioning and messaging to maximize market impact. - 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving inbound demand and scaling marketing teams.
- Expertise in growth marketing strategies, digital channels, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing and performance optimization.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
