We are looking for experienced Female IT Recruiters with strong expertise in hiring IT Sales professionals for global markets.

Mandatory Experience:

'14; Hiring for SaaS Sales roles

'14; Hiring for Enterprise Sales positions

'14; Hiring for B2B IT Sales roles

'14; Strong understanding of sales KPIs – ARR, quota, pipeline, deal size, etc.

'14; Experience hiring Sales Managers, BDMs, Enterprise Sales Executives, Account Managers, etc.

Preferred Background:

Recruiters from Product-based IT / SaaS companies

Recruiters from reputed IT staffing or consulting firms with strong IT Sales hiring exposure

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in closing IT Sales positions

• Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills

• Understanding of sales compensation structures

• Experience working on US/Europe hiring requirements

• Hands-on experience with ATS tools like Ceipal, Zwayam, Workable, etc.
