- Provide technical support and resolve issues for LV/HV components, including site escalations
- Conduct technical assessments, RCA, and component validation
- Manage obsolescence, duplicity, and alternative sourcing to ensure reliability
- Support retrofits, upgrades, and design modifications
- Maintain accurate schematics and technical documentation with version control
- Update specifications, manuals, and compliance records
- Manage engineering data and BOMs in PLM/PDM systems
- Support repair and refurbishment of electrical equipment
- Collaborate on supplier qualification and cost/value engineering initiatives
- Assist pre-sales with technical evaluations and feasibility studies
- Perform protection coordination and system validation
- Drive standardization, inventory optimization, and compatibility improvements
- Enhance efficiency through automation tools and process optimization (EPLAN, configurators, macros)

- Manage obsolescence, duplicity, and alternative supplier qualification to prevent downtime
- Perform technical validation of alternative components using datasheets and calculations
- Validate unhealthy inventory and enable reuse through PLM documentation
- Support cost optimization via CVE and second-source qualification
- Handle repair engineering and support service/overhaul activities
- Execute retrofit, upgrade, ZCD, and electrical design modifications
- Maintain accurate documentation, version control, and compliance standards
- Develop cable plans, drawings, and update systems (Windchill, Teamcenter)
- Drive automation and standardization using EPLAN, configurators, and macros What you Bring

- Validate unhealthy inventory and enable reuse through technical assessments and PLM updates
- Support CVE initiatives with second sourcing and cost optimization while maintaining quality
- Contribute to repair solutions and overhaul services to drive business growth
- Execute ZCD, retrofit, and upgrade-related electrical modifications across platforms
- Maintain accurate schematics, as-built drawings, and compliance with strict version control
- Develop cable plans, reports, and ensure proper documentation in PLM systems
- Drive automation and standardization of electrical drawings using EPLAN, macros, and configurators
- Knowledge about electrical system calculations according to relevant standards like IEC 60909, NFPA70E, IEEE1584, IEC 60364-5-54, IEC 60204, and IEC 61947
