Revintl is an AI-native marketing company for ambitious B2B and AI businesses to help them build brand visibility through Founder Branding, PR, community, and podcasts.
We have built an in-house AI system that gets trained on each founder's thinking, their company, and their category. Our AI agents draw on it to produce assets at a quality no traditional agency can match, and our team decides whether the work is worth shipping.
The leverage comes from the system; the taste comes from people. We are betting that the teams who win the next few years are the ones who pair both, and we are building the product and the practice to prove it.
ROLE
Strategist. You run discovery with founders and CMOs, find the story underneath the messy conversation, and decide what the market actually needs to hear from this company.
Systems builder. You architect each client’s context system and feed everything you learn back into our internal product - sharper context structures, better workflows, smarter QA
Editor-in-chief. AI drafts; you decide. You reject the generic, sharpen the arguments, demand specificity, and set the bar for what leaves the building. Your responsibility is to decide what is worth saying, and to build the system that says it well.
THIS WILL SUIT YOU IF
- You have 5 - 7 years of experience in B2B marketing
- You learn at an uncomfortable pace and like it. Marketing is being rebuilt in real time; what worked in March is table stakes by June.
- You hold your own with founders and CMOs, and you ask the question that surfaces the real story. The signal is usually in what they don't say, and you catch it.
- You already work with AI agents daily. You have used Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to build workflows and systems.
- You have taste, and proof of it: you can articulate exactly why a piece of work is generic, and what would fix it.
- You think in systems. When you solve a problem twice, you build something so you never solve it a third time.
- You want ownership over outcomes, not tasks
- You have depth in B2B or SaaS marketing - product marketing, brand strategy, category work, strategic communications. Or you have built AI-native marketing systems yourself.
THIS WON’T SUIT YOU IF
You want a defined playbook, a settled scope, a content calendar to manage, or distance from clients. We are early. The role will be ambiguous, fast, and demanding.
