Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Achieve area-wise sales and growth targets.

· Ensure effective product promotion to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

· Monitor territory performance and develop action plans to improve results.

· Analyse sales data and market trends.

· Maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.

· Organize and participate in CMEs, product launches, and promotional activities.

· Submit timely sales reports and market intelligence updates.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

· Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.



Requirements Qualifications

· 4 - 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience / 1-3 years in a managerial role at pharmaceutical company

· Work experience in diabetic and cardiac segment would be preferred

· Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.

· Strong leadership and team management skills .

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Market and competitor analysis.

· Proficiency in CRM and sales reportin g would be plus.
