We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented F&B Supervisor to oversee restaurant and food service operations while ensuring an exceptional guest dining experience.

'14; Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations

'14; Ensure high standards of guest service and dining experience

'14; Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations

'14; Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally

'14; Monitor staff performance, grooming & discipline

'14; Ensure hygiene, cleanliness & hospitality standards

'14; Manage table reservations, banquet support & shift operations

'14; Support inventory control and daily operational reporting

• Strong knowledge of F&B service operations
  
• Team handling and shift supervision skills
  
• Excellent communication & guest relationship management
  
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability
  
• Knowledge of hospitality standards & customer service
  
• Leadership and staff coordination skills
  
• Basic billing / POS system knowledge preferred
  
Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred
  
• Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality industry preferred
