About the Roles:

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Priceline Pharmacy Riverlea. Opportunities may be offered on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis depending on role requirements and candidate availability.

Shift Supervisor:

• Support the Retail Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
• Supervise team members and ensure smooth store operations during shifts
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries
• Assist with merchandising, stock control, and store presentation
• Open and close the store as required

Beauty Advisor:

• Providing personalised beauty and skincare advice to customers
• Recommending cosmetics, fragrance and skincare products with confidence
• Delivering in-store beauty services and product demonstrations
• Maintaining well-presented cosmetics and skincare displays
• Managing stock levels and assisting with merchandising
• Building strong relationships with customers and your team

Pharmacy Assistant:

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products for their needs
• Maintain visually appealing shelves and displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment
• Ensure accurate pricing and clear product ticketing
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
• Assist with stock management, including receiving and organising deliveries
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety throughout the store
• Support daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in pharmacy or retail is highly regarded; however, we are committed to supporting and developing the right candidate who demonstrates strong potential and alignment with the role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends
