Brand Lead KLAY (Deputy General Manager)
Brand & Marketing 7 8 Years Experience Full-Time
We are looking for a bold brand builder to define what KLAY stands for and ensure that identity comes alive across every touchpoint. From physical centres and digital platforms to parent communications and campaigns. You think deeply, create boldly, and execute with discipline.

Consumer brand (FMCG / D2C / lifestyle) or brand / creative agency
Experience
7 8 years in brand management or brand strategy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Own brand purpose, positioning, personality and architecture for KLAY
Develop a differentiated brand narrative that resonates with parents & families
Conduct brand audits and competitive analysis to sharpen market positioning
Brand Experience & Touchpoints
Map the parent & child journey; define how KLAY shows up at every stage
Ensure brand coherence across centres, digital, comms, events and collateral
Evolve visual identity, tone of voice and brand toolkit with the Design team
Campaigns, Equity & Stakeholder Leadership
Lead brand campaigns from strategic brief to creative execution
Track brand health awareness, consideration, NPS and act on data
Act as internal brand authority; partner with Marketing, Product and CX
Manage creative and brand agencies briefs, budgets and timelines
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
7 8 years in brand management or brand strategy
Consumer brand or brand / creative agency background
Experience defining or refreshing brand positioning and identity
Strong creative sensibility; ability to evaluate and guide creative work
End-to-end brand campaign management across channels
Experience with visual identity systems and brand guidelines
Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Design
Nice to Have
Family, parenting or children's category experience
Experience brand where brand lives beyond comms
MBA or PG qualification in Marketing / Brand Management
