Integration Architect

• 15+ years as an Enterprise Integration Architect, designing and developing integration solutions on on-prem integration platforms, with expert knowledge in at least one platform (e.g. IBM IIB/MQ)
• Expert knowledge in one of the iPaaS and full lifecycle API Management platform (e.g. IBM API Connect) or open source platforms (e.g. Loopback); certification preferred
• Experience in API-led Application Architecture (Microservices & API Economy)
• Consulting experience in hybrid integration architecture and developing migration roadmap
• Deep knowledge in elucidating and incorporating non-functional requirements
• Experience in different architecture styles (MSA, SOA, Event Driven) and Integration Design Patterns
• Experience in setting up complete CI/CD pipeline for APIs with testing automation.
• Effective communication (written & verbal), with the ability to interface directly with customers executives and enterprise architects
• Bachelors degree in a Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

Role & Responsibilities
• Engage customers in digital transformation discussions and provide guidance in integration space
• Own/Assist in proactive and reactive integration solution design & estimates – bringing end to end perspective, thought leadership and latest technology / architecture trends
• Responsible for creating integration / Microservices / API-led solution architecture, addressing functional and non-functional requirements
• Perform / Guide general application development activities, including unit testing, code deployment and technical documentation.
• Lead the integration team towards near zero-defect delivery
• Build tools/frameworks to expedite the development and optimize the operations
• Guides and acts as platform SME for a talented pool of leads and developers in the team
• Owns the coordination activities and communication across various groups including infrastructure, security and networking teams
