Customer Service Associate-Yousta Store

Role Summary:

As a CSA in Fashion & Lifestyle , you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting with product selection, and supporting store operations. Your role is key in creating a welcoming environment that reflects the brands style and values.

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries, styling suggestions, and purchases
• Provide detailed information on product features, sizing, pricing, and promotions
• Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, including returns and exchanges
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise organization, and visual appeal
• Support inventory management, restocking, and product tagging
• Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on fashion trends and new arrivals to guide customers effectively
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Education : Minimum 10+2; Diploma or Bachelor's in Fashion, Retail, or related field preferred
• Experience : 12 years in retail, preferably in fashion or lifestyle segments
• Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a flair for fashion
• Basic proficiency in POS systems and retail operations
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive mindset

• 6 days a week
• Weekly off : One day between Monday to Friday
• Working days : Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days
