We are looking for a Head of Operations who can take a high-impact, founder-driven program and build the operating spine that allows it to grow — without diluting its depth.
Most founders think scale means marketing harder.
We know better.
Scale is operations.
Scale is rhythm.
Scale is clean handoffs.
Scale is dashboards that tell the truth in 10 minutes.
Right now, each cohort runs successfully because of intense founder involvement and high coordination effort.
Your job is to:
- Build systems that preserve excellence
- Remove friction before it becomes visible
- Turn complexity into elegant, repeatable execution
You are not here to “manage tasks.”
You are here to design an operating machine.
You will own end-to-end execution of the flagship workshop:
- Online Zoom sessions
- In-person workdays
- Participant onboarding & communications
- Logistics, AV, venue, materials
- Completion tracking
- Experience consistency
Every participant should feel precision — without ever seeing the machinery.
We don’t want bulky bureaucracy.
We want clean, intelligent systems.
You will build:
- SOPs that actually get used
- Dashboards that give instant clarity (attendance, engagement, collections, NPS)
- Communication cadences that eliminate confusion
- Payment tracking systems that are predictable
- Cohort planning systems that scale
If it repeats, it should be systemised.
You will directly manage:
- Events operations
- Marketing operations & internal communication
- Backend/admin & coordination
Your job is to convert founder intent into:
- Clear role charters
- Weekly execution plans
- Measurable KPIs
- Structured review rhythms
You will hire when needed.
You will simplify when possible.
You will eliminate waste wherever you see it.
The founder’s genius should be used for strategy and participants — not chasing logistics.
You will:
- Convert strategic ideas into execution plans
- Align content timelines with operational timelines
- Anticipate operational risks before they explode
- Create clarity where ambiguity exists
You are the execution partner.
Each cohort should make the system better.
You will:
- Capture lessons and institutionalise them
- Reduce founder dependency
- Build for multiple cohorts
- Test communication improvements
- Implement automation intelligently (not blindly)

You must be Delhi-based and comfortable with travel for key in-person events.

This role directly shapes how a proven, high-impact program scales nationally and potentially globally.
You will sit at the core of:
- Business design
- Community building
- Event precision
- System architecture
It combines classic COO ownership with founder-level proximity in a high-learning environment.
