    Designation: Chief Manager - Partner Business

    Job Location: Gurgaon

    Reporting to: Head DigitalJob Description:Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

  • To develop and deliver on the Online Partner Business Unit (BU) strategy for the financial year by managing various internal and external stakeholders.
  • To build the right offer to suit the online customer profile and maximize full price sell through by maximizing sales and profit opportunities
  • To deliver sales and profit targets by effectively trading the e-commerce channel on Partners such as Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, Ajio, etc.
  • Lead relationships with key partners and drive sales as well as operational KPIs for each partner.
  • Operate with a sense of urgency; identify the low hanging fruit whilst aligning your vision to the long-term business goals, what are the 3-month, 6-month, 12 month and 3 years plans to accelerate business performance
  • Build strong strategic relationships with marketplace account managers and category teams.
  • Lead joint business planning (JBP) with key partners to unlock visibility, campaigns, and growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercials, visibility deals, and platform investments with each marketplace partner.
  • Ensure competitive product ranges are selected, as negotiated with business partners.
  • Lead, inspire and mentor the e-commerce team
  • Identifying new marketplace opportunities
  • Development of new ranges online
  • Identify key KPI's and report against these to the Leadership on a weekly basis.
  • The Successful Applicant

    8+ years of experience in managing wholesale ecommerce partners for large fashion retailers, overseeing business of at least 40 CrKey skills

  • Strong commercial acumen, data driven and a customer-first attitude, preferably with proven experience in a digitally led retail environment
  • Experience in leading commercial marketing and e-commerce teams incl P&L management.
  • Prior experience in fashion retail especially working in/ with Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon. Existing relationships with online marketplace partners are preferred.
  • Strong on-line trading experience, ideally from a Buying and/or Merchandising background
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to form effective relationships that allow you to challenge and inspire both internally and externally
