As a \"Recovery Expert,\" you are the final link between customer interest and a successful sale. You will engage with \"Hot Leads\" customers who added items to their cart but stopped short of paying, to resolve their hesitation and complete the transaction.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Rapid Engagement: Contact high-intent customers/ leads who abandoned their checkout within defined SLAs.
  • Friction Diagnosis: Understand specific reasons for abandonment (e.g., payment failure, price hesitation, or product queries) and provide immediate solutions.
  • Consultative Closing: Use persuasive communication, authorized incentives, or product alternatives to close the sale.
  • Data Accuracy: Update the CRM with precise call outcomes and valuable customer feedback.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order statuses in the CRM/Google Sheets to ensure no lead is missed.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory; regional languages are a plus).
  • Sales-driven mindset with high energy and ownership.
  • Ability to understand customer psychology and build rapport quickly.
  • Experience with CRMs, WhatsApp Business, or sales tracking tools preferred.
  • Problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
  • Consultative sales approach rather than aggressive pushing.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Inside Sales / Tele sales / Customer Success or similar roles (D2C, Beauty or E-commerce preferred).
  • You must possess excellent active listening skills and a polite, persuasive phone manner.
  • Comfortable with rejection and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic CRM and computer proficiency.
  • Availability: Willing to work 6 days a week with rotational week-offs.
