Job Overview

The Store Manager Footwear (Brand Reliance) is a senior retail role responsible for managing end-to-end store operations across key locations in Delhi, NCR, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Noida . This full-time position requires up to 8 years of relevant retail experience .

The Store Manager plays a critical role in driving sales performance, delivering premium customer experiences, and leading high-performing store teams while ensuring operational excellence and brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in retail operations , with the ability to manage day-to-day store activities efficiently (Mandatory ).
  • Proven experience in inventory management , ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing stock loss or shortages (Mandatory ).
  • Strong visual merchandising skills to enhance store presentation and attract customers (Mandatory ).
  • Effective team management and people leadership experience, fostering a proactive and performance-driven culture.
  • In-depth understanding of retail sales strategies with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Comprehensive store management capabilities , focused on driving business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through superior service standards.
  • Hands-on experience in KPI tracking and analysis to continuously improve store performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations , ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant functioning.
  • Drive store performance by implementing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop store team members to improve skills, engagement, and productivity.
  • Manage inventory planning and control , ensuring product availability while minimizing stockouts and shrinkage.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, and brand guidelines .
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and execute corrective action plans.
  • Execute and maintain high visual merchandising standards to enhance customer engagement and sales conversion.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service , handling escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
