Job Description
Key Responsibilities Conduct individual therapy sessions (in-person and virtual) Develop case formulations and structured treatment plans Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical team members for integrated care Participate in supervision and case discussions Conduct psychological assessments and report writing Contribute to workshops, webinars, and psychoeducation initiatives Eligibility: For Clinical Psychologist - M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with a valid RCI Registration 2–6 years of experience post M.Phil (clinic experience preferred) For Counseling Psychologist - M.A./M.Sc in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from a recognized institution 2–6 years of experience post MA/MSc (clinic experience preferred) Skills & Attributes Strong understanding of DSM-5 and ICD-10 diagnostic frameworks Training in evidence-based therapies s uch as CBT, mindfulness-based therapies, ACT, EFT, Transactional Analysis, etc. Interest in integrating clinical care with technology-enabled mental health solutions Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment Ability to take ownership and grow within a fast-evolving organization Location Requirement Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered.
