Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Sales team
and contribute to the day-to-day operational success of our Support side, focusing on data
analysis, product oversight, and account management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
%CF; Sales Data Analysis:
%CB; Collect, analyze, and interpret day-to-day operational data for the Support team.
%CB; Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and
customer satisfaction.
%CF; Data Pipelines and Queries:
%CB; Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure a steady flow of relevant data.
%CB; Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading
(ETL) processes.
%CF; Dashboard Creation:
%CB; Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key operational and performance
metrics.
%CB; Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver
actionable insights.
%CF; CRM Tool Oversight:
%CB; Oversee and analyze data within the CRM tool, ensuring data accuracy and
completeness.

%CB; Provide support to the team in utilizing CRM data for effective account
management.

Requirement:
%CF; Proven experience of 2-4 years as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in an
Sales setting.
%CF; Strong proficiency in Excel , SQL for querying and manipulating data.
%CF; Experience with building and maintaining data pipelines.
%CF; Familiarity with data visualization tools; experience with dashboard creation is a plus.
%CF; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
%CF; Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical
stakeholders.
%CF; Prior experience in account management, data analysis and revenue reporting is
advantageous.
%CF; Familiarity with CRM tools and their role in account management.
