The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
We are seeking a Performance & Execution Senior Specialist to support the growth and strategic expansion of the procurement portfolio through strong metrics management, project execution, and transition support. In this role, you will use data visualization and analytics to support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and help deliver procurement strategies that meet customer and business partner needs.
You will work closely with Procurement, customers, business partners, and key stakeholders to ensure projects and transitions are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with quality expectations. You will also help strengthen project management practices and drive continuous improvement across the procurement function.
You are expected to:
- Support procurement metrics and performance management systems
- Lead assigned projects and transitions from planning through execution
- Use data analytics and visualization to provide insights and support decisions
- Partner with stakeholders to align on objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Monitor scope, budget, milestones, risks, and quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
- 9+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 3 years in project management and expertise in data analytics.
- Experience with KPI reporting or operational dashboards, and metrics tracking
- Experience working in a cross-functional or global environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills & ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills & proactive approach/attitude
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics techniques is a plus.
