Role Description
We are seeking a Hydraulic Shredder Engineer for cement plants for a full-time on-site role. The responsibilities include overseeing plant operations, maintaining and operating hydraulic shredders and related equipment, resolving technical issues, implementing preventive maintenance practices, and ensuring optimal working within the facility. The engineer will collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning and high efficiency of equipment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Plant Engineering and Plant Operations
- Experience in Plant Maintenance and Troubleshooting processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently when required
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling technical issues
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering disciplines
- Experience in cement plant operations is highly desirable
