About the Rol
e: The Inbound Customer Service Agent acts as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, providing timely, professional, and effective support via phone and research. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution

  • s:Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account statuse
  • s.Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate complex cases to relevant department
  • s.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM or call tracking system
  • s.Demonstrate empathy and professionalism during all customer interaction
  • s.Meet performance metrics such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and quality standard
  • s.Stay updated on company policies, product knowledge, and customer service protocol
  • s.Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiative
