Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Rudrapur. The HR Manager will lead and oversee a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, compliance with labor laws, and organizational development. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing employee engagement initiatives, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring HR policies align with company goals. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with leadership to build a positive and productive workplace culture that supports organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering workplace engagement
- Knowledge of payroll management and compliance with labor laws
- Human resource strategy development and organizational development skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, preferably in security or manpower industries
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations
