Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, problem-solving ability, and a service-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat, or support tickets.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, processes, or account-related matters.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain customer interaction records and update internal systems.
  • Follow company scripts, service standards, and response timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain a positive, polite, and professional tone during all customer interactions.
  • Support customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality goals.
  • Prepare basic daily or weekly reports as required.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing ability.
  • Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven or process-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools will be preferred.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in customer service, BPO, voice process, chat support, email support, or helpdesk support.
  • Experience with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or customer support platforms.
  • Ability to manage difficult customers calmly.
  • Understanding of service quality, SLA, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

The ideal candidate should be polite, patient, confident, and solution-focused. The person should be able to listen carefully, respond clearly, and turn customer problems into smooth resolutions without making every call feel like a courtroom hearing.
