SAP Security and GRC

Desired Knowledge & Experience:\n\nWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior SAP Security / GRC Consultant with 8+ years of experience in SAP Security and GRC projects, including implementation, upgrade, and support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP security role design, GRC Access Control, SoD remediation, and audit requirements, along with the ability to lead small teams and work independently on critical security and compliance initiatives.\n\nMinimum 8+ year experience in SAP Security and GRC projects.\nMinimum 4 years of experience in support, maintenance, and implementation projects (role administration & user administration)\n3 + Years of SAP Security Notes implementation\nBasic Basis knowledge understanding of Transport management, SAP Security Note analysis and implementation.\n3+ years of experience in GRC 10.0 components (Access Control, Process Control)\nMinimum 2 years of experience in GRC Implementation and 2 years in GRC Support\nGood knowledge of HR authorization objects and user/role tables\nUnderstanding of SOX, Audit, Segregation of Duties (SoD) issues, and role remediation\nSound knowledge of GRC Business Roles concept and custom transaction codes\nStrong analytical skills for access and authorization gap analysis\nKnowledge of SAP BI/BW, BPC, SCM, CRM, and SRM security\nExperience in automating processes through RPA (Automation Anywhere), Excel VBA, and Power BI will be an added advantage\nIdentity and Access Management (IAM) support experience is a plus\n\nLeadership & Soft Skills:\nExperience in leading teams of 3-4 resources\nAbility to work independently without supervision\nStrong communication and documentation skills\nProblem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure
